The legal jargon is below but basically we treat others as we expect to be treated ourselves, if you are not happy with an internet purchase, please contact us and we will endeavour to correct any problem.

If the item proves to be faulty, we will replace it without question subject to it not having been abused.

If you have purchased the item in error, we will refund subject to it being returned unused and in a saleable condition.

Terms of Use

Prices and Payment

All prices are in £ sterling and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken at the time of placing the order. We will endeaver to notify you within the product pages if items are special order or out of stock.

Delivery

We can only deliver within the mainland U.K. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to dispatch all goods as soon as possible when all goods are in stock for delivery within 4 working days, but please allow up to 7 working days in case of busy periods.

Delivery Costs

All delivery costs are dependent upon the total weight of the items you order and where they are to bee delivered, all postage items will be charged between £1.35 and £5.95. Heavier items will leave via our courier service. A charge of £6.95 is applied for these items which is capped. Should you find that a postage charge is a bit high on a certain item, please contact us and we will investigate further. Charges are based on weight and some errors may occur.

This charge and all free delivery offers are only available for U.K mainland, Excluding Scottish Highlands. For Scottish Highlands a flat rate of £14.95 is applied. Our system will recognize a Highlands postcode and will adjust your delivery payment accordingly; a new invoice will be displayed to you before the payment screen.

Physically large items, such as awnings 4.5m and above and marquees must be delivered using a freight service whereupon a flat rate of £18.00 will apply to U.K mainland and £39.95 for Scottish Highlands, all free delivery offers are removed from these larger items.

Postcodes our couriers recognize as Scottish Highlands are all IV – KW – PA - PH.

Purchasing

All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Cart" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Proceed To Checkout", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. You can view the state of your order by login into the account you created to purchase your goods. The data you supply to us is kept in confidence according to our privacy policy. All orders come with the offer of joining our mailing list, which you can choose to opt out of at any point. We will not pass on your full details to any other company, we will have to supply your delivery address and contact telephone number to our couriers, for use when dispatching your goods, our couriers also have a strong privacy policy and again will not pass your details on to any third party.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by login into your account and filing an RMA form. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service.

Refunds and Returns Policy

In the unlikely event your item is lost then Royal Mail state

"Please wait 15 days (from the due date of delivery) before completing this form as we would not consider an item as lost until 15 working days have elapsed. We allow the 15 working days for items to be returned to the sender if there are any delivery problems."

  • Items are returned to the correct location.
  • RMA number is visible on the outside of the package.
  • Valuable goods are insured.
  • You include a copy of the receipt.
  • Include a brief covering letter explaining why the goods are being returned.
  • Goods are securely packaged
  • Any other relevant information.

Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. You have the right to cancel an order without reason by the end of the seventh working day after the day on which you receive your goods. This does not apply to business to business transactions.

Please Note: All goods are returned are at the buyer's own risk and we would advise that you use a service that requires a signature upon delivery. We will not refund return postage costs in excess of the charge made when the order was originally dispatched.

We will not refund any product which has been 'specifically ordered' for you unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

In the extremely unlikely event that not all items of your order are received in an order, you must inform us within 48hrs of receipt of the goods. Unfortunately we cannot accept claims after that time.

Should you wish to return a product please login to your account and complete an RMA form, alternatively request a RMA by telephone, email, fax or by writing to us clearly stating your full details, invoice number and reasons for the return.

All returned goods must have the RMA number marked clearly on the package. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any Goods returned without an RMA number.

Should a product fail to operate or become faulty within the warranty periods please notify us in writing and return it. We will exchange it for new or replace it or repair it under the manufactures warranty, with a model of equal or higher value or credit the invoice price at our discretion.

If you have ordered the wrong product, return the product unopened and in it's original re-saleable packaging for an exchange or a full refund at our discretion. We reserve the right to charge a 10% re-stocking fee (excluding VAT) in the event that a product is returned that is not faulty. Postage and packing may not be refunded unless the goods are faulty.

All returns should be sent to our main warehouse below and not to Robertsbridge enclosing a full letter of explanation with your name and address and order number.
