Prices and Payment
All prices are in £ sterling and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payment by most major credit, debit cards and Paypal. Payment is taken at the time of placing the order. We will endeavour to notify you within the product pages if items are special order or out of stock.
We can only deliver within the mainland UK. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to dispatch all goods as soon as possible when all goods are in stock for delivery within 2 working days, but please allow up to 7 working days in case of busy periods.
All delivery costs are dependent upon the total weight of the items you order. All postage items will be charged between £3.50 and £7.45. Heavier items will leave via our courier service. A charge of £7.45 is applied for these items which is capped. Should you find that a postage charge is a bit high on a certain item, please contact us and we will investigate further. Charges are based on weight and some errors may occur.
This charge and all free delivery offers are only available for UK mainland.
You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a refund. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this period by returning the products along with this form (Click to follow link).
You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service.

Refunds and Returns Policy
Postal items late delivery
Always ask your neighbour if a parcel has been left with them and have a good look around your property in case the postman has left it somewhere and not left a card
In the unlikely event your item is lost then Royal Mail state:
"Please wait 15 days (from the due date of delivery) before completing this form as we would not consider an item as lost until 15 working days have elapsed. We allow the 15 working days for items to be returned to the sender if there are any delivery problems."
Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. You have the right to cancel an order without reason by the end of the fourteenth working day after the day on which you receive your goods. This does not apply to business to business transactions.
Please Note: All returned goods are at the buyer's own risk and we would advise that you use a service that requires a signature upon delivery. We will not refund return postage costs exceeding the charge made when the order was originally dispatched.
We will not refund any product which has been 'specially ordered' for you that is not listed or described on this website unless it is faulty under warranty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
In the extremely unlikely event that not all items within your order are received or damaged, you must inform us within 48hrs of receipt of the goods. Unfortunately, we cannot accept claims after that time.
Should a product fail to operate or become faulty within the warranty period please notify us in writing or phone us on 01580 881288 as we may be able to get repairs carried out directly. We will replace or repair it under the manufacturer’s warranty, with a model of equal or higher value or credit the invoice cost at our discretion. Freepost is available for postal items and if you liaise with our warehouse staff for bulky items, free courier collection can be arranged. This only applies to faulty items.
If you have ordered the wrong product, please return the product in its original re-saleable packaging for an exchange or a full refund at our discretion.
All returns should be sent to our main warehouse below and not to Robertsbridge enclosing our returns form.
